Before you start to our Express RMA Service, please read our policy and disclaimers carefully and agree to all rules and conditions applied.  If you have questions regarding the warranty issues, please check our Thermaltake Warranty Policy (Thermaltake Warranty Policy).

 
  • Thermaltake's RMA operation uses a "Pool" system. In order to ensure a fast turn-around time, Thermaltake has developed a pool of products to draw on. The products that are shipped back to the customers will be replacements of the same models as returned.  This helps to maintain a constant supply of products available for a continuous and reliable system of returns.
  • Thermaltake will only make repairs or send replacement products back to you. We will NOT accept any request to make trade-ups to any newer models and/or refunds.
  • All items returned under RMA will be repaired, or replaced with factory refurbished parts/products.
  • Thermaltake does not cover warranty for display samples and opened box items
  • The original customer from the United States and Canada purchasing the Thermaltake product is covered under the Thermaltake's Warranty Program (Thermaltake Warranty Policy). Thermaltake products sold from auction sites such as eBay.com and Amazon.com by private sellers cannot be honored.
  • The warranty period is mainly defined by the date of purchasing. If you find a big discrepancy between the times you actually made your purchase, then you will have to ask the store you purchased the item from.  Thermaltake cannot provide you a date on when you purchased the item.
  • Missing Serial Numbers for any Power Supply Units, Hardcano 12, and Hardcano 13 items only on your defective product is regarded the same as “out of warranty”. If Thermaltake confirms that repair services can still be done under the conditions that:
    • No physical damage on the item
    • Spare parts are still available for repair
    Upon receiving your defective unit, one replacement unit will be sent back to you with a new Serial Number. Parts and labor are warranted for three years from the date of purchase. Replacement products will be warranted for the remainder of the warranty period from the purchase date or thirty days, whichever is longer.
  • Thermaltake will only be responsible for any repairs of that product itself. If you find other components defected along with your system break down, you will have to contact each individual vendor to take care of your other repairs.  Thermaltake will only be responsible for its own products.
  • You are responsible for packing the defective product(s) and shipping them to Thermaltake in good condition. To make sure it will not be lost on the way to us, it is most preferred for you to ship through a carrier that can provide a tracking number.
    If we found during receiving the defective unit that:

a. The product has any shipping/physically damaged beyond repair or other damages due to abuse
b. The return is made as COD to force the shipping charges to Thermaltake
Thermaltake will reserve the right to revoke your RMA case and we will return the defective product back to you immediately.

IN ORDER TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOR REPAIR SERVICE, PLEASE FOLLOW THE SIMPLE STEPS AS FOLLOW:

 
  1. Contact us at:
    Please read our policy and disclaimers carefully and agree to all rules and conditions applied and click on the button 'I Agree' and then follow the simple and clear instructions to complete your request.  You will receive further confirmation by E-mail with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please note:  To ensure that we can handle your request in a systematical and well organized manner, all RMA requests from end users must go through this process.

  2. Find your original invoice:
    Thermaltake offers limited warranty on the hardware (the "Product") against defects in material or workmanship for a period of three year from the original date of purchase for all products, purchased in the United States (excluding territories) or Canada from Thermaltake or Thermaltake authorized dealers. If you have an invoice of original purchase with you and your product is still under the Thermaltake warranty, we will take care of your repair for you absolutely FREE. If no proof of purchase can be presented upon request, Thermaltake cannot be held responsible for any warranty service

  3. Pack the defective product with sufficient protection but without any other accessories that it came with and send it back to our address at:

    along with
            a. A copy of the original invoice.
            b. Your assigned RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

    Please note you are responsible for the cost to ship your defective product back to us, while Thermaltake will take care of shipping the repaired part back to you via UPS ground.

  4. Customers located in Canada are responsible for any Customs Releases or Duty Fees.

  5. Thermaltake does not ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

  6. If the information on your request varies from the actual item(s) received, your RMA will be based on the actual item(s) received.

  7. Once we receive everything in good order, we will start to process your RMA and ship out the repaired return within 5 working days. Due to item availability, some repair RMAs may be delayed.

  8.  The RMA# is valid for 90 days since the day of issue. You may apply for a new one if necessary.
